I been in the game. It’s no joke.
Around the time I started college I got real sick of my clothes. Started getting into sneakers, hit up Goodfoot. Niketalk since 03, copped Jordans ,Air maxes, Jordans, Adidas etc. Went from that into streetwear, started copping alot of Supreme.
Sufu since 05, learned the game from the OGs.
Started getting alot of pieces from Rick , Raf , Cloak. Made some mistakes with shit that wasn’t me. Rick sheer t-shirts, Ann D drapey cardigans etc. From there really started on my own philosphy of mixing brands and knowing my own style/build.
My wardrobe is pretty solid now in terms of outerwear, sneakers, and basics. Really gravitating heavily towards a look defined by mid 2000s Japanese brands (Visvim, Number (N)ine, Undercover) mixed in with a more street aeshetic that earlier Rick and Raf did perfectly. At the end of the day though the most important advice I can give is to know your comfort zone and strive to keep working on your personal style so it’s actually a reflection of who you are ; not what’s trending right now.
I’m pretty happy with where I’m at.
